BACKGROUND

Defendant is not a New Eden citizen and is a non-resident of New Eden City. Defendant is engaged in a well-known armed conflict known
as the “Iso Pirate War”.

COMPLAINT

At some point in S2Y3, while engaged in anti-Skull Cove efforts such as laying siege to Skull Cove by purchasing land and erecting barricades
on public roads, the Skull Cove neither station was bombed on the nether side. This is a LEIGH&CO facility which was built in Y2S2 to provide
service to the general Skull Cove area from the New Eden Train Network (NETN) nightmare line.

Exhibit A shows blast damage to the nether portal directly as a result of this attack. LEIGH&CO forensic engineers were dispatched to the location
and determined that mrunix personally damaged the portal frame, and that TNT fired by a non-specific actor, but most likely Defendant, resulted in the
near-total destruction of the nether station.

Defendant is charged with destruction of LEIGH&CO property, impeding the NETN right-of-way, and of committing acts designed to incite public terror.

EVIDENCE

Evidence includes block logs and other forensic data.

FINDING AND JUDGMENT

It is the finding of this court that Defendant is guilty of the charges given. Fine is set at M100,000.
