* included latest version of foundation JAR from XtreemFS SVN
* added versioning scheme + version check for foundation JARs

checkpointing:
* closed memory leak that could occur when writing checkpoints/snapshots to disk

disk logger:
* fixed bug that caused queue length limitations to be ignored if insertions were executed in the context of the invoking thread (direct insertions)
